What’s Your Mission?

Zirconia Restorations

Zirconia restorations have revolutionized what we can provide to patients in terms of accuracy of fit and, of course, strength. Aesthetic qualities of the material have now been highly developed. Our mission specialists are very excited to offer specialized zirconia options to those dentists looking to provide out-of-this-world restorations to patients. Zirconia is the ideal restoration material for patients that demand quality aesthetics and durability while working within a budget. Zirconia is a highly versatile material, so crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, implant restorations, and fixed hybrids are all possible.

Implant Abutments

With the Ceramill® Motion 2, we are able to design and mill a custom titanium abutment to match the implant platform of your choosing. Thanks to space-age technology driving a “rotational mill,” these custom abutments obtain an excellent surface quality. No craters here!

In contrast to conventional milling, in which the blank generally remains in a static position, the Ceramill Motion 2 constantly rotates the blank around its own axis during a multiples milling process, ensuring a precise and smooth finish. These custom abutments can be milled with retentive features and pre-cemented with zirconia to produce a very strong screw-retained implant restoration. Alternatively, the custom abutment and crown can be delivered separately as a cement-retained implant restoration. All abutments include a new prosthetic screw.

Fixed Hybrid Zirconia Restorations

Zirconia has revolutionized how we can treat an edentulous patient. A monolithic zirconia hybrid restoration is durable and customizable, and it boasts superior aaesthetics. Tooth placement, arch form, and special characterizations are all improved over standard acrylic wrapped titanium bar hybrids. Patients and doctors can choose a smile design, a tooth shape, tooth height, and tooth width – just about anything that you or the patient desires. If the patient wants flat incisal edges, we can do that. If the patient wants oval, youthful teeth, it’s achievable. A hybrid zirconia restoration is the most aesthetic, functional, and durable option available for edentulous patients. The future of truly customized restorations is here!
